A family photo shoot with a difference. In The Box shoots are lots of fun and designed to showcase individual personalities and interests. Kids and adults just love getting in the box and poses can come naturally. Designed for wall art with a difference these family shoots encourage creativity and with a modern take on the family portrait, you can also incorporate themes and props easily within this session, we love doing something different so welcome your ideas. Our spacious studio is located on the Shropshire and Staffordshire boarder in stunning countryside where parking is right outside our door, the perfect place for you to come together.

What to Expect

Up to 60 minutes studio photo session
Private Gallery appointment

Your shoot will last 60 minutes where a variety of images will be taken, based around our giant box frame we will create poses and groupings to suit you and the personalities that make your family unique. Bring props and clothes to personalise your individual box poses. Your photographer will put you at ease, make little ones smile and create a variety of stunning portraits that will make it hard to choose your favourites from.

We believe that a photoshoot should be a personal, tailored experience, as these images will be with you for a lifetime. Once you are booked in, you will receive a confirmation pack with all the details needed for your shoot. Your Photographer will also call you before the session to introduce themselves and have a chat with you about your photos.

How to Prepare

We have put together some handy tips to get the most from your shoot -

What to wear - You can go for matching colours with lots of variety of poses in the boxes, we always advise you to co-ordinate you outfits with a colour palette or complimentary colours for images together. Alternatively you can go big and bright and give each family member the stage to make the box there own with individual style. Kids are welcome to bring football kits, dance outfits or any props to go with their favourite hobbies to celebrate their personalities in their box portraits.

Think about what colours will compliment your home and plan your outfits in co-ordinated or complementary tones.

Any four legged or feathered family members are welcome. Pets are more than welcome to join you for family images, we just ask that you let us know before the session.

Whilst planning your shoot think about what products would suit your home or would even make beautiful gifts. It’s never too early to think about how you want to showcase your images in your home, then your photographer can style your session with your purpose in mind. Upon booking, your confirmation Email will include a handy product guide to show you all the options.
